The Ridged Slats® pertains to the original consumer and the fence we provide is free from manufacturing defects. The product warranty is registered on our website and it requires an accurate photograph to ensure proper installation and care.
So long as the fence has been installed to manufacturer specifications and regional regulations, it will be available to the limited warranty on a sliding scale based on the overall age of the fence. Since we choose only high-grade products for our fences, we warranty the fence for up to 30 years.
